Here is the cheat for Dead Rising

Escorting survivors When escorting survivors, use waypoints (go into aim mode and press Y) instead of having them follow you. This makes them go directly to the waypoint instead of walking around trying to get to you. This also gives you time to help any stragglers. Make sure to set the waypoint in a safe area and do not stray too far from it unless you absolutely have to.
